Alexander Zharskiy, ALRUD Partner heading M&A Practice, spoke at the 5th IBA European Corporate and Private M&A Conference. The Conference was held on February 2-3 in Paris and repeated the success of last year’s event – over 350 experts representing M&A lawyers from leading European and American law firms.
Alexander Zharskiy was a speaker at the session “Disclosure regimes in European M&A”. In the course of his presentation Alexander discussed such topics as features of Russian regime; disclosure standards and common features in English law M&A deals in Russia; disclosure issues in Russian law M&A deals; good faith in disclosure and knowledge in Continental Europe, UK and Russia.
