On February 17, German Zakharov, ALRUD Competition practice Of Counsel, moderated the Eurasian Antitrust Form session on defining the relevant commodity market in transborder antitrust violation investigations conducted by the Eurasian Economic Commission.
The session was held in the form of a business game on defining the relevant commodity market and domination in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan commodity markets as compared to domination in transborder markets. The issues of regulation of collective domination in the EAEC antitrust legislation was of particular interest to the participants.
The forum was attended by lawyers, experts, and representatives of antitrust bodies from EAEC participant countries.
The topics discussed at the forum are of particular importance for specialists and entrepreneurs due to increase of the Eurasian economic integration level and need to clarify certain practical issues related to application of EAEC antitrust legislation.
