On September 14, 15 an “International Women Leadership Programme 2017” (IWLP 2017) was held in ALRUD office. OSR Legal Education from the Netherlands developed this unique programme almost ten years ago in close cooperation with the best law firms of Europe. The main focus of the programme is career development for women in the legal profession.
Among the participants were Associates and Senior Associates from leading European law firms, including Linklaters, Freshfields Bruckhaus Derringer, Baker McKenzie, Roschier, Loyens&Loeff and others.
The meetings are held in different European cities since 2008. This year events were in Amsterdam, Lisbon and Moscow. ALRUD was hosting the event in Moscow.
On September 14th during the dinner within the IWLP 2017 Maria Ostashenko and Irina Anyukhina, ALRUD Partners, shared their experience with other participants and narrated about their career path.
