On September 15 ALRUD Partner Sergey Petrachkov acted as a speaker at the III annual conference “The institute of bankruptcy in Russia. Practice and techniques of bankruptcies”, which was held in Marriott Royal Aurora Moscow.
On an already proven place in conjunction with other experts Sergey took part in the discussion about directions of legislative changes, analyzing current practice of bankruptcy, including individuals. And also, about the concept of "corporate veil" and "high-profile bankruptcy" the times of the Russian Empire and modern Russia.
