Andrey Zharskiy at the conference devoted to Russian office property

On April 3, Andrey Zharskiy, Alrud Partner, made a speech at the Xth Annual Conference held by Knight Frank. The conference was dedicated to office real estate. Andrey discussed actual legal topics and issues in the sphere of renting/leasing, including the long-term lease without registration, cases, when the landlord loses his rights to the object of lease, and about interesting litigations related to leasing over the past year.

Furthermore, in the framework of the Conference, the market experts identified which qualitative indicators affect the cost of renting offices and what value they have for the tenant/lessee; how to calculate the financial model of rental costs and how a convenient and comfortable office can increase the profitability of the tenant's business.

More than 200 participants attended the conference, including administrative and commercial directors of companies and business owners.
