Andrey Zharskiy, ALRUD Partner, took part as a speaker in the Third Russian-Chinese Forum Investing in Innovation at the Skolkovo Open Innovations Forum. At the Forum representatives of government, business, start-ups and venture funds discussed the development of bilateral cooperation, including that in the sphere of high technologies.
