Annual ABA Conference “The Resolution of CIS-Related Business Disputes” was held in Moscow on September, 27.

Sergey Petrachkov, ALRUD Partner, heading Dispute Resolution and Restructuring and Insolvency Practices, spoke at a round-table session dedicated to litigation proceedings developments.

The Conference became a key event that united 150 participants including litigation and corporate lawyers, arbitration practitioners, judges and science and business representatives.
