ALRUD at the top of “Mergers and Acquisitions” magazine rating

For the third consecutive year ALRUD Law Firm leads the rating of “Mergers and Acquisitions” magazine in the “Amount of deals” nomination. ALRUD which accomplished 18 transactions valued more than USD 5 mln. outruns its competitors in the year 2010 race.

According to “Mergers and Acquisitions” magazine, “the results of the rating in the “Amount of deals” nomination were not surprising. ALRUD leads this rating as in the year 2009 rating”. Significantly, ALRUD was at the top of this nomination in 2008 as well.

“Mergers and Acquisitions” magazine is the only Russian monthly analytical edition, devoted from A to Z to M&A market. The readership of the magazine is comprised of top-managers of businesses involved in M&A transactions, all Russian and international investment banks (with Russian representations), leading legal and financial advisers and law firms, analysts and experts in M&A sphere.
