The third edition of the PLC Cross-border Tax on Corporate Transactions Handbook 2008/2009, prepared by the English publishing house Practical Law Company saw the light. The directory brings together a range of information on current cross-border issues, country-specific Q&A guides, and details of recommended tax lawyers and law firms in 47 jurisdictions around the world.

We are happy to announce that ALRUD is represented in the list of recommended firms in tax practice in Russia.
