ALRUD at the top of "Mergers & Acquisitions in Russia" Journal rating

"Mergers and Acquisitions" journal presented traditional annual ranking of legal and financial advisors of M&A transactions that resulted in change/appearance of a majority owner.

For the fourth consecutive year ALRUD Law Firm leads the rating of “Mergers and Acquisitions” journal in the “Amount of deals” nomination, accomplished 20 M&A transactions with total value $ 501 mln. The research took into account only completed transactions to the amount exceeding $ 5 mln. each, transactions on controlling interests (shares), transactions aimed to increase the available stock of shares to the controlling interest.

“Mergers and Acquisitions” journal is the only Russian monthly analytical edition, devoted from A to Z to M&A market. The readership of the journal is comprised of top-managers of businesses involved in M&A transactions, all Russian and international investment banks (with Russian representations), leading legal and financial advisers and law firms, analysts and experts in M&A sphere.
