ALRUD Law Firm is presented with one of the most famous annual M&A awards – Russia M&A Awards. On the results of competition our firm is recognized as the best Russian M&A law firm of the year. November 21 the awarding ceremony took place in the frames of M&A Congress organized by PREQVECA, Mergers.ru and Cbonds Congress.
There was a long-term and hard project work contributed to our victory as well as the stage of participation in the M&A Adviser’s Ranking where our company holds a leading position in the market.
