ALRUD leads by number of M&A deals
Information and analytical agency PREQVECA published the Rating of investment and legal consultants on the Russian market for the 1st semester of 2015 as part of the Mergers.ru / “Mergers and Acquisitions in Russia” project.
ALRUD Law Firm was ranked as the leader of the final Rating by the number of deals for the relevant period. ALRUD with 17 deals is ahead of its closest rival, Herbert Smith Freehills, by 10 deals. ALRUD holds the second place in rating by the total value of transactions with USD502.71 mln.
