International rating agency Chambers and Partners published 2017 issue of annual guide Chambers Global. ALRUD law firm is presented in the following fields: Corporate, M&A (Band 3), Dispute Resolution (Band 4), Intellectual Property (Band 3) and Banking & Finance (Band 4).

Chambers Global states that the ALRUD Corporate and M&A practice team often advises on Russian-law aspects of global deals involving Russian assets, often as a result of Slaughter and May's “best friends” network. ALRUD team assists with cross-border joint ventures and is popular among Russian and international clients from a variety of sectors.

Founding partner Vassily Rudomino (Eminent Practitioner) remains a key relationship partner for the firm's international clients, including international law firms. Sources confirm he "provides quality, clear advice within the timeline requested." He is often involved in cross-border transactions.
