ALRUD Specialists have contributed a Chapter on Russia for the 13th edition of the International Comparative Legal Guide to: Cartels and Leniency 2020

This International Comparative Legal Guide (‘ICLG’) has published an extensive study on cartels and the leniency program for ‘mitigation in violation of antitrust laws’.

Leading law firms from 29 countries have provided reviews for ICLG to: Cartels and Leniency 2020. It has proven to be a reliable guide to the current cartel legislation and practices for thirteen years in a row. The review on Russia legislation and practice was prepared by representatives of ALRUD Antitrust Practice, i.e. Alla Azmukhanova and Daniil Lozovsky, ALRUD associate and attorney.
