Vassily Rudomino speaks at the 13th IBA Annual Law Firm Management Conference

On December 6th, Moscow hosted the 13th Annual Law Firm Management Conference organized by the International Bar Association. The conference annually gathers more than 100 participants from around the world and more than 30 speakers of the highest level, including managing partners of leading Russian and foreign law firms, and representatives of the businesses.

Vassily Rudomino, Senior Partner, ALRUD Law Firm, Russia, Member of IBA Law Firm Management Committee Advisory Board, moderated the session on the topic 'Is the current Partnership model an obstacle for innovation and development?'. During the session, managing partners of Russian and international firms shared their vision. The participants discussed what kind of partnership structure would keep not only the most valuable partners, but also highly-qualified lawyers, and how to find a balance between them for rapid growth and development of the firm.
