According to GCR experts, 'one of the largest and most competent antitrust practices in Russia' was involved in several high-profile global transactions, including successful representation of Bayer's interests during the negotiations of acquisition of Monsanto for $66 billion; Uber, in connection with the creation of a joint venture with Yandex; Siemens, as part of coordination of a $17 billion deal with Alstom.
In its annual review, the publication notes the project with LG Electronics, where ALRUD represented its client during surprise inspections and subsequent consideration of the antitrust case on coordination of economic activities of LG smartphone resellers. The case has become a subject of close attention from the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
The GCR 100 handbook recognises Vassily Rudomino and German Zakharov as the best experts in the field of antitrust law in Russia.
