On April 22nd, ALRUD Law Firm held a webinar 'Deferred Action for Bankruptcy'

During the webinar, ALRUD experts described, and commented on, the key provisions and problematic issues of the new law on the moratorium on bankruptcy, explained how its introduction can affect business, and detailed what consequences companies may face. A large block of presentations was devoted to the responsibility of shareholders and management in the crisis; the speakers detailed the responsibilities of shareholders and management in the context of bankruptcy and gave extensive recommendations on minimizing the risks of bringing shareholders and management of the company to subsidiary responsibility and liability.
