ALRUD Law Firm successfully represented the interests of Gardner Denver Holdings, Inc., a global provider of critical equipment for airflow and compression control, and Ingersoll-Rand plc, a multi-disciplinary industrial and manufacturing company, as part of coordinating a transaction, on the acquisition of the industrial business of Ingersoll-Rand, with the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia).
As a result of this merger, the world's second-largest manufacturer of industrial pumps and compressors, with a market capitalization of about $11.6 billion, was created.
