Experts described in detail key expected amendments to merger control regulation in Russia as well as highlighted key trends in merger control enforcement. They also summarized rules for necessity to receive merger control clearance for different types of transactions and analyzed such specific questions as similarities and differences with the EU concept of 'decisive influence', questions of negative control, clearance of JVs in Russia as well as other aspects of merger control clearance of transactions.
