Experts of the Labour Practice discussed the current changes in the labour legislation
On January 12th, ALRUD Law Firm held an international webinar 'Turning the page to 2021: Key changes in Russian labor laws. Be on the lookout!”.
The speakers were: Irina Anyukhina, Partner and Head of Labor Law Practice, Anastasia Petrova, of Counsel, and Elena Chershintseva, Associate.
The experts provided a detailed analysis of the changes in the Russian labor legislation, effective since January 1st 2021, and emphasized the digitalization of the relationship between employer and employee. They shared their practical experience, especially when they compared the rules for organizing remote (distant) work in 2020 and the new legal norms of 2021, driven by the limitation of office working, due to the pandemic.
