Joint webinar "Practical Solutions for Labour, Migration and Employment, When Doing Business in Eurasia"

On July 24th, 2021, a joint webinar held by ALRUD, Bener Law Office and AEQUITAS Law Firm entitled 'Practical Solutions for Labour, Migration and Employment, when doing business in Eurasia' was held. The event caused great interest among listeners, especially those from Asia, as it took into account the specifics of formalization of labour relations with employees of the region. The speakers discussed topical issues in the field of labour law and migration, which often arise when doing business in Eurasia. Using the cases of Russia, Turkey and Kazakhstan, the experts provided practical advice on a wide range of issues: mandatory personnel documents, requirements for an employment contract, specifics of hiring foreign nationals, new opportunities of e-visas, termination of employment contracts, etc. The discussion of the impact of COVID-19 on migration issues was of particular interest to the audience.
