On June 25th, Sergey Milanov, ALRUD Of Counsel, Co-Head of the Asia-Pacific Desk, made a speech at the Meeting of the “Russian-Japanese Business Club”. This was organized by the Trade Representatives of the Russian Federation in Japan. During the event, Sergey spoke in detail about the specifics of Russian M&A transactions, gave practical advice on Due Diligence of acquired companies and their assets, and explained how the contract for the sale of shares of the acquired company is structured, taking into account the Russian legislation.

The event was attended by representatives of Japanese trade and investment, consulting and engineering companies.
