ALRUD Law Firm made a presentation at a webinar for the Japanese Business Association at the Japanese Business Club

On June 23rd, Sergey Milanov, ALRUD Of Counsel, Co-Head of the Asia-Pacific Desk, took part in a webinar for the Japanese Business Association, which was established, last year, as part of the Japan Business Club (JBC). The Association was established to promote the business development of Japanese companies, located in Russia.
Sergey highlighted the key points of movable property pledge, to which the foreign distributors, who supply their goods to Russian buyers on credit and provide installment payment services, should pay special attention. The representatives of Marubeni Rubber Rus and SBI Bank also spoke on this urgent issue.
