Sergey Petrachkov acts as a moderator of a roundtable at the 13th ABA Annual Conference on the Resolution of CIS-Related Business Disputes

On September 22nd, the 13th ABA Annual Conference on the Resolution of CIS-Related Business Disputes was held, organized by the American Bar Association (ABA) with the support of the Arbitration Association.

Sergey Petrachkov, ALRUD Partner of its Dispute Resolution and Restructuring and Insolvency Practice, acted as a moderator of the roundtable, where participants discussed the practice of issuing antisuit injunctions in different countries, and provided their useful recommendations on this topic.

The ABA Conference on the Resolution of CIS-Related Business Disputes is one of the largest legal events in Russia and the CIS. It has brought together litigation and corporate lawyers, experts in the field of arbitration, judges, representatives of science and business for 13 years. This year, the conference was held in a hybrid format.
