ALRUD advised Russian Pharmacy Chain 36.6 and its founding shareholders on all M&A transactions from 2000 to 2013, including the acquisition and sale of pharmacy chains, as well as the engaging of investors for the acquisition and subsequent sale of shares in the European Medical Centre (EMC) in Russia, the sale of a 52% stake in the pharmaceutical company Veropharm, and the exit of shareholders from this business.
As a consultant on Russian law, ALRUD experts also represented the Russian public company Pharmacy Chain 36.6 in a number of projects to raise financing from Russian and foreign banks.
