In the article the authors made an overview of anti-corruption regulations and enforcement trends, which could be helpful for foreign investors and importers. Experts advised the importers to be aware of local legislation, commercial standards, and legal practice to review all possible corruption risks on the Russian market to avoid the unnecessary attention of local authorities and potential application of administrative or criminal sanctions towards businesses upon importing goods into Russia.
