On 24 January, ALRUD experts held a webinar to present the main legislative developments in the field of international arbitration and provide an overview of current trends in the arbitration practice.
During the webinar, the lawyers of the International Arbitration Practice of ALRUD covered the following issues: - peculiarities of international arbitration involving Russian sanctioned persons or arising out of sanctions; - practical advice on drafting arbitration clauses in the current circumstances; - review of the most recent precedents and trends in the area of international commercial arbitration.
