Margarita Egiazarova, Senior Associate in the Labour Practice of ALRUD Law Firm, PhD, prepared an article 'Court review of staff redundancy: highlights of practice 2022' for the AEB Business Quarterly.

Margarita has outlined and explained six fundamentals of the legality of staff redundancy in this article. The piece also provides specific examples of how courts at various levels have weighed in on the legality of staff redundancy and, in fact, supplemented its legal regulation.
