Margarita Egiazarova, PhD in Law, Senior Associate of ALRUD Employment Practice, participated in the annual AEB HR conference ”Times of anxiety: HR is everything!” on March 15, where she spoke at the Employment Law panel on “Employee Integrity Checks as a Preventative Measure for Labour Disputes”.
Margarita's speech covered a number of topics, including the importance of conducting background checks on potential hires, examples of practical court rulings pertaining to employee monitors while they are employed, and gave an overview of labour disciplinary measures in the context of cross-border personnel mobility.
