Maxim Alekseyev, ALRUD Senior Partner, Boris Ostroukhov, ALRUD Senior Associate, and Arslan Maksutov, ALRUD Associate, prepared an article: «Russian customs inspections: recent trends and compliance pitfalls» for the International Bar Association (IBA).

In the article the experts outlined the main trends of customs control in Russia, touched upon the issues of including royalty and dividends into the customs value as well as advised on compliance with the Russian customs legislation.
