ALRUD has secured leading in "Experts on Law. Top Legal Councels", a rating of Russia's best legal consultants.

ALRUD participated in the rating "Experts on Law. Top Legal Councels", which was held this year for the first time for law firms and was organized by the rating agency Expert RA JSC and the analytical company Expert Business Solutions JSC with the support of the State Development Corporation VEB.RF and informational support from Expert magazine.

The rating focuses on offering a comprehensive assessment of the legal consultancy companies involved in supporting ****development projects****, i.e., projects implemented by private companies or companies with state participation focused on the development of the country, cities, and our standard of living and serve the interests of society.

The new rating methodology takes a ****two-stage approach****:

• evaluation of data from the questionnaires of those rated;

• evaluation of data from the clients of those rated and from publicly available sources.

The calculations of the rating analysts resulting from the two-contact assessment were then verified and adjusted by the members of ****the expert council****.

The rating evaluated a set of indicators regarding the law firms' contribution to development projects: team expertise, results in development projects, comprehensiveness, business activity and credibility, and security of information storage.

****On December 18****, a grand awards ceremony was held for the leading law firms.

ALRUD was rated in the ****following categories****:

Group 1

• M&A (mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures);

• Insolvency (bankruptcy);

• Litigation and arbitration;

• Regulatory issues (antitrust law, sanctions law, and others);

• Regulatory issues (antitrust law, sanctions law, and others);

• Transportation law.

Group 2

• Real estate and land use;

• Intellectual property.

Group 3

• Financial law/banking law.

ALRUD was one of two firms honored as outstanding in the "Financial Technology" category.

As such, ALRUD was the undisputed leader in the number of awards received!
