The second meeting of the Real Estate Club was held
On February 4 the Real Estate Club of ALRUD Law Firm held the second meeting focused on ****“Unauthorized Construction: Trends and Risks in 2025”****.
The speakers were Andrey Zharskiy, Partner, PhD in Law, Advocate, Solicitor in England and Wales, Magomed Gasanov, Partner, Advocate, Stanislav Veselov, Of Counsel, Vladislav Soloviev, Associate, Sabina Idrisova, Associate.
At the event the experts discussed how to protect the interests of real estate lessee, developer, pledgee, and covered the following issues:
Elements of unauthorized constructions in terms of law enforcement;
Expert opinion and procedural aspects of settlement of disputes on unauthorized construction;
Limitation of actions in disputes on unauthorized construction;
Legalization of unauthorized constructions in Moscow through judicial or extrajudicial procedures;
Techniques for mitigation of risks to third persons.
The lawyers also analyzed representative cases, and the guests participated actively in the discussion.
