ALRUD Real Estate Practice experts Partner Andrey Zharskiy and Associate Alexey Kalinkin prepared an article for AEB Real Estate Monitor.

The article explains the new practice of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation (the Ruling of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation no. 305-ES20-4196 dated 06/26/2020) in relation to the consequences of a lessee's refusal to accept property under a lease agreement, as well as the remedies of the lessor and the lessee's payment obligations in such cases.
