on a US$1,75bn bonds issuance, purchased by National Wealth Fund.

Trafigura

as part of investment consortium in acquisition financing in respect of 49% stake in Mumbai-based Essar Oil Limited.

The largest Russian sovereign wealth fund

in relation to financing of most significant infrastructure projects connected with building, reconstruction, development and operation of highways in Russia. Investors included major Russian banks.

Bank of Baroda (India)

on a project regarding financing of acquisition of a Russian company engaged in the pharmaceutical business by a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates.

A major Russian bank

on the master credit agreement between Credit Agricole Corporate And Investment Bank (as mandated lead arranger and agent) and other international financial institutions participating in the lending.

Hungarian Export-Import Bank Plc.

on the project related to provision of an interbank loan by Hungarian Export-Import Bank Plc. and its consortium partner for the purposes of financing the international equipment sales contract.

Mastercard Europe SA

provided for a wide range of legal services.

Kopeisky Mashinostroitelniy Zavod JSC

a major mining equipment producer, on several sale contracts and related financial documentation entered by the client with Eurochem Usolsky Potash LLC.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China

and the Borrower in relation to modification of securities granted by the Borrower and its shareholders to secure a financing for construction and development of combined cycle cogeneration plant in Yaroslavl, Russia.

OLAM International Limited

as Russian legal counsel as the Borrower on a financing project, including review and comment on the bridge loan documentation and security documents, drafting documentation on further distribution of loan between the Borrower’s Russian subsidiaries.

A major Russian bank

on the RMB 3,1 bln Buyer Credit Loan Agreement concluded between The Export-Import Bank of China (as lender) and the client (as borrower).

Eurasian Development Bank

in a project financing (over RUB 2,2 bln) of construction of 15 automobile gas fueling stations by energy affiliates.
