Alena advises Russian and international clients on various matters of labour law, occupational safety, and military registration.
Alena represents clients in labour-related litigation.
Alena’s experience includes supporting the procedures for hiring, transfer, and termination procedures; conducting audits of HR documentation; drafting internal policies and procedures; and optimizing and restructuring workforces.
Alena graduated with honors from Lomonosov Moscow State University, and also earned a master’s degree therefrom. She is fluent in English.
