Andrei Murygin is a Partner and the Head of the Banking, Projects and Structured Finance and Capital Markets practices.
He has nearly 30 years of legal experience, specializing in financial transactions and derivatives. He served as an invaluable asset at Linklaters, in the role of partner in the Capital Markets practice at its Moscow office for 16 years. In addition, Andrei was the founder and managing partner of the financial and legal firm Neonika Legal.
Andrei has extensive experience advising major international and Russian banks and corporations on complex and innovative transactions in the Russian market. He has advised clients on various types of bank financing, project bonds, structured export financing (prepayment finance), structured bonds and repackagings, Eurobonds and liability management, mortgage and lease securitizations, project and concession financing, financial regulation, equity transactions, IPOs, share buybacks, and repo transactions.
Andrei is an expert in a wide range of financial instruments and transactions, supporting clients at all stages of a given project.
