Natalia advises both Russian and foreign clients on a wide range of commercial law issues, related to contractual aspects in international trade, distribution and agency agreements, supply and service agreements and e-commerce. Natalia advises FMCG companies on issues related to consumer protection regulation. Natalia also participates in, among other things, projects in the IT sector, the healthcare sector and has experience in advising clients in the sphere of electronic document flow and in projects related to intellectual property.
