Daria Bolbina is an Associate in the Commercial Practice as well as of the Customs and International Trade Practice at ALRUD Law Firm.

Daria participates in projects on advising Russian and foreign Clients on various issues of civil law and international aspects of structuring contractual relations and compliance with regulatory requirements of conducting commercial activities, including compliance with currency control and procurement laws.

Daria’s experience includes participation in projects on a wide range of issues, including e-commerce and platform economy, distribution and rendering of services, retail and consumers' rights protection, structuring and conducting cross-border payments. Daria also participates in projects related to pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations. In addition, Daria advises Clients on the matters of import/export of goods and services and actively participates in projects related to the EAEU legislation, involving customs issues, trade investigations and restrictions.

Daria graduated with honors from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Jurisprudence and has a Master’s degree in Private Law at the Russian School of Private Law under the Private Law Research Centre under the President of the Russian Federation named after S. S. Alexeev (RSPL).
