Inessa Barinskaya is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice at ALRUD Law Firm.
Inessa specializes in complex, large-scale commercial and cross-border disputes, and advises clients on Russian law in foreign courts and arbitration proceedings. Inessa has legal expertise in disputes with a foreign aspect, including those falling under foreign law.
Inessa graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at the National Research University Higher School of Economics. Inessa joined ALRUD in 2024.
Inessa is a member of yRUMLA – Youth Committee of Maritime Law Association (the representative of Russia to the Comite Maritime International).
