Julia is an Associate in Labour and Employment Practice at ALRUD Law Firm.
Julia advises Russian and foreign clients on a wide range of labour law issues, including migration issues.
Julia provides legal support in formalizing legal relations with employees, structuring and supporting dismissals and negotiations, including conflict ones, restructuring of company personnel. Julia also provides legal support in drafting and amending local regulations, and introducing and localization of global policies. Julia specializes in labour disputes, conducts legal due diligence and audit of HR and employment documents in corporate transactions, represents clients in judicial proceedings on labour issues.
Julia graduated with honors M.V.Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) with a degree in Civil Procedure. She is fluent in English.
