Maria Danilova is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Restructuring & Insolvency practices at ALRUD.

Maria specializes in complex, large-scale commercial and corporate disputes, and advises clients on Russian law in foreign courts and arbitration proceedings. Maria has legal expertise in disputes with a foreign aspect, including those falling under foreign law. She also has experience representing clients in state courts and arbitration.

Maria graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law at the National Research University Higher School of Economics and, in 2022, obtained a Master’s degree in Law, specialising in International Trade, Finance and Economic Integration (conducted in English).

She joined ALRUD in 2022.
