Polina Perova is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution, Restructuring and Insolvency and International Arbitration at ALRUD Law Firm.
Polina has experience of representing clients in arbitrazh courts and courts of general jurisdiction on a wide range of matters including bankruptcy (inter alia: disputes on inclusion of client’s claims into the register of creditors’ claims of the debtor, on challenging of transactions, on bringing of controlling persons to secondary liability, etc.), commercial, antitrust and IP protection disputes.
Polina’s expertise also encompasses advice in foreign court proceedings and arbitration forums on complex issues of Russian law. Polina graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with honours and received bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
Polina joined ALRUD in 2019. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and International Bar Association (IBA).

while drafting a legal opinion on the Soviet law issues within a dispute with private companies at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in Hague relating to validity of disposal of property belonging to the Armed Forces of the USSR in the territory of the foreign state in favour of private companies in the 1990s.
