Ruslan Bikbaev is an associate in the Dispute Resolution, Restructuring and Bankruptcy practice at ALRUD Law Firm.

Ruslan has experience in advising and representing clients in arbitrazh (state commercial) courts and courts of general jurisdiction on disputes in various areas, including corporate, commercial, and disputes with a foreign element. Ruslan also has experience in advising and representing clients in complex bankruptcy disputes, including disputes on the inclusion of claims in the register of creditors' claims, contesting transactions, and ascribing subsidiary (secondary) liability to persons controlling a debtor.

Ruslan joined ALRUD in 2023. He graduated with honors with a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in International Law faculty from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations under the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
