ALRUD team supported Academ-Online in a transaction to sell business to Yandex Travel

The ALRUD team provided comprehensive legal support to Academ-Online during the sale of its business to Yandex Travel. The transaction was signed in early July 2025. As a result of the agreement, Yandex Travel acquires the Academ-Online business related to online hotel reservations for business trips in Russia and abroad. The Academservice tour operator is not included in the purchase agreement. Academservice will continue its activities in the tourism services market.

The firm's lawyers participated in all stages: structuring the transaction, approving and preparing the transaction documentation, as well as advising on corporate, tax and intellectual property issues.
