On April 23 in Prague there was held the workshop for clients “Doing business in Russia and Czech Republic”. The workshop was attended by the representatives of about 15 large international companies having offices in Prague and Russia. Among the most well-known – Czech airlines and Raiffeisen bank. All these companies are actively doing business in Russia.
ALRUD and Prochazka Randl Kubr prepared joint presentation in which they compared the legislation of the two countries. This presentation covered all the spheres of business: corporate matters, real estate, tax assessment, licensing, etc. ALRUD was represented at the workshop by Irina Anyukhina, Partner, and Olga Pimanova, Associate. The workshop aroused much interest and keen discussion, clients asked a lot of questions. This evidences that Czech companies consider Russia as a prospective country, their interests in Russia deepen day by day.
