From 17th to 20th November, Washington, D.C., US the 31st International conference on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act took place. This event brought together key enforcement officials from the U.S. Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission, in-house and outside counsel, compliance professionals, representatives of international organizations, investigators, financial experts, and others to participate in a dialogue on cross-border issues and best practices in managing anti-corruption risks and responding effectively when problems are identified.
ALRUD Law Firm Senior Partner Vassily Rudomino took part in the breakout session “Focus on RUSSIA - Compliance, Due Diligence and Your Distributors in Russia: Reconciling Russian Competition Law and the FCPA”.
