The traditional conference of the American bar Association held by the Section of International Law and Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law was held in Washington DC, USA, fr om 28 April till 2 May.
The conference included more than 70 discussion sessions wh ere global level professionals spoke on various issues from “commercial disputes” to “legal rules”.
Senior Partner Maksim Alekseyev spoke on “Future partnership structures of law firms” session. The participants discussed various law firm management schemes, influence of cultural and geographic factors and peculiarities of legal services markets in different countries. Participants from Great Britain, UAE and Canada also spoke on this session.
