On November 17^th, ALRUD Law Firm organized a seminar “HR-compliance – myth or reality? Protecting the employer”.

During the seminar ALRUD experts covered the following topics of immediate interest to all employers:

• Background checks;
• Pitfalls of internal corporate investigations;
• State Labour Inspectorate checks and sanctions;

• Roscomnadzor HR checks;

  and other.

Among the speakers of the seminar were Irina Anyukhina, ALRUD Partner, and experts of Labour Practice: Maria Gnutova, Margarita Egiazarova, Anastasia Tropynina and Anastasia Petrova. More than 40 guests took part in the seminar, among them HR-Directors and Legal Department Heads.
