Andrey Zharskiy spoke on AEB regular Legal Committee meeting

On November 13^th Association of European Business (AEB) held a regular Legal Committee meeting. Andrey Zharskiy, ALRUD Partner, participated in the event with the presentation on Sanction clauses and their legal force.

During the meeting participants also discussed legal updates on Parallel Import legalization and legal updates on antimonopoly regulation – recent developments, initiatives and practice.
