ALRUD's senior partner, Maxim Alekseyev, together with Dmitry Volvach, the head of the international cooperation department of the Russian Federal Tax Service, moderated the session of the Adam Smith 9th International Summit. Maxim Alekseyev also participated in the round table discussion on the private banking services development. The summit took place on April 10-11, 2019 in the Moscow Marriott Grand Hotel.
The session, moderated by Maxim Alekseyev, was devoted to the automatic exchange of information current trends. The session focused on methods the Federal Tax Service use for information processing, practical aspects of filling out the CBCR, CRS and other forms, and current practices of automatic exchange of tax information.
The discussion of the round table was dedicated to the issue of "How to achieve excellent service”, including establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with VIP clients, building effective communication with different generations of the client's family. Also, this discussion panel was focused on the process of capital returning to Russia and covered possible issues and prospects for private banks and other companies. The experts also shared their experience in investment advisory services and concierge services development.
